A pictorial record of a very wonderful show at Bonawe Iron Furnace. This especially commissioned work is part of a collaborative project Between Historic Scotland and Board Na Gaelic to promote awareness of the traditional long lost highland way of life and Gaelic culture that was lost in the years after the fall of the Jacobite cause and the sweeping tide of industrialisation changed Scotland’s community, culture and way of life permanently.  A fantastic show, which in the light of our sweeping 21C renewable technologies shows some stark parallels of lessons ‘not’ learned from a lost way of life and our rural communities today.
